    Your team and your responsibilities

    • Developing vehicles and proposing concepts for EU core models
    • Integrating EU technology into Toyota vehicles efficiently by leveraging location advantage and a strong network with EU partners

    Your responsibilities

    • Designing and developing parts to meet performance, quality, and cost objectives
    • Exploring feasibility of style and collaborating with the Styling department to ensure viability
    • Creating and maintaining specifications for hardware, software, mechanical, and electrical parts
    • Developing 3D CAD models, installation, and production drawings
    • Working with suppliers and Toyota stakeholders to ensure production feasibility
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations and cooperating with the Homologation department
    • Assisting plant production and quality engineers in addressing concerns during production trials or mass production
    • Conducting competitive analysis on products and suggesting ideas for product and cost enhancements

    Your Profile

    • Fluency in English (TME business language)
    • Masters in Mechatronics
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience in Mechatronics parts development
    • Proficiency with tools such as Catia for CAD, Matlab for modeling, Python for programming, and CANoe for CAN Bus simulation
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial engineering within automotive or mass production
    • Willingness to travel for business regularly
