- Test and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Make recommendations for improvements in quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence Leader to implement process improvements.
- Define action plans with support from the central Process Engineering team.
- Drive the implementation of action plans and monitor their efficiency.
- Participate actively in fibrecement transversal projects, adhering to deadlines and scope.
- Use the available network to prepare and present solutions for transversal projects.
- Ensure sustained improvements by organizing data sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of standards, aligning content with process owners.
- Formalize and share all learnings with the Process Engineering team for standardization and dissemination across fibrecement plants.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in manufacturing positions or high technical knowledge in fibercement production
- Strong ability to work target-oriented with broad networks in an agile environment
- Good project management skills in an operational setting
- Good understanding of fiber cement technologies or other process technology
- Excellent documentation skills
- Result-driven with the ability to implement standards
