We are currently looking for an Online Visual Merchandiser (part-time opportunity of 30h/wk) as a replacement of a colleague going on maternity leave (period June December 2023).

As an Online Visual Merchandiser you will join our dynamic E-commerce team, which consists of 8 people. During this challenge, you will be responsible for creating/uploading products to the website & visually merchandising the site.

You role is to make sure the right products are presented in the right way, at the right time, at the right price and in the right combination to encourage visitors to buy.

As an Online Visual Merchandiser you will have the following responsibilities:

Daily creation of new listings and uploading relevant imagery and accurate product descriptions
Daily site merchandising based on marketing calendar and product performance
Website walkthroughs to ensure everything is being displayed correctly
Collaborate closely with the stylist and photoshoot responsible to ensure the perfect images to display online
Identify web errors and report to development team
Weekly check and select the newsletter collections in accordance with stock availability
Participate in the implementation of new webshop capabilities/projects
Build, run and distribute daily, weekly and monthly merchandising KPI's dashboard
Monitor competition to identify new trends and/or technologies
Previous ecommerce experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics is required
