Key responsibilities and duties

  • Drive hiring projects from end to end (full cycle) as Lead-Recruiter across functions, levels, and locations. Currently we have a focus on hiring senior enterprise sales worldwide.
  • Regularly consult with the team and leaders to share ideas, techniques, best practices, etc. to build and improve Talent Acquisition service level and productivity
  • Stay up to date on latest industry trends and news, specifically targeting "distressed companies" or competitors.

Qualifications

Passionate with energy and with high emotional intelligence about finding top talent; true 'hunter' mentality, go-getter, flexible and adaptable.


  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure and crossfunctionally with other departments around the world and in different time zones.
  • Proven success delivering sourcing results in fastpaced, demanding, multilocations, with changing requirements and new upcoming requests.
  • Optimistic, with attention to detail and analytical skills and the ability to deliver results with little supervision and efficient execution.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally: infrequent trips national and international, if required.
