The role:

We create brands and spaces that make people feel. We are recruiting a technical drafst(wo)man who's able to turn our designs into a flawless technical planset.

You will have a crucial role within the team of designers and project managers.

None of the projects will have secrets for you as you will have discussed every single detail with the team during the design process.

As a specialist you can translate the 3D model into realistic plans.

You will support the project manager and designer in the briefing meetings with the contractors and will assist some of the construction meeting on site.

You're not reluctant to schedule meetings with specific contractors to update your knowledge about materials and construction details.

About you:

You have an extensive knowledge of Vectorworks and SketchUp. Autocad, Revit and BIM are a plus.
You have experience in making drawings for interior builds. (5 years)
You have an extremely critical eye and work accurate and flexible.
You are proactive, a teamplayer and you take initiative to report and ask for feedback
You scan the designs for anomalies while detailing them on plan
Neufert is you favorite book
Ability to respond well to changes and maintain a positive attitude
You communicate fluently both in Dutch/English (both in writing and verbally), French is an advantage
Working independent is not a problem for you and you can deliver a package of drawings

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the correct development of technical drawings in accordance with applicable standards and in accordance with internal procedures
You will prepare complete sets of drawings, anchor fabrication details from architectural plans, detail drawings or notes.
You will process all data of the design brief within the deadline
You can transfer all information on the plans to the contractors in a briefing meeting
You can setup a statelist
