What the job is about

Are you ready to embark on a journey of growth and innovation with Sofico? We are seeking a talented and ambitious Partner Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Sofico's strategic partnerships and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise suite, Miles.

As a Partner Development Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our partners as they navigate their journey towards becoming integrators of the Miles Enterprise Suite.

You'll work closely with the Partner Development Manager and other stakeholders to refine and enhance our partner strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our organisational goals and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

Guiding partners in their development towards integration with Miles, providing support every step of the way.
You'll be working on designing and implementing our Partner strategy together with our Partner Manager
Facilitating collaborative work sessions to refine partner management concepts and document key outcomes.
Creating materials for both internal communication and external presentations, helping to effectively communicate our partner management initiatives.
Documenting and tracking the implementation of internal processes related to partner management.
Supporting operational and commercial alignments between our partners and relevant stakeholders within Sofico.
Engaging with customers to provide insights into our partner management program.
Assisting with internal programs related to tooling that intersects with Partner Management processes.

The willingness to travel up to 20%.

Fluent English communication skills
Previous experience in finance & leasing, automotive, and/or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations is considered a plus.
