We are currently seeking a hands-on
AI Tech Lead who will be Datashift's technical lead in the AI domain for our clients.

Your responsibilities

As an AI tech lead, you will:

  • Propose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients;
  • Develop a comprehensive architectural roadmap tailored to each client's needs;
  • Navigate beyond Proof of Concept stages to ensure smooth productization;
  • Get your hands dirty when needed;
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth;
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies; Offer technical direction and establish best practices.

Your qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple AI and machine learning projects in production;
  • Profound expertise in architecting, deploying and optimizing cloudbased AI solutions at scale;
  • Proficient in software development best practices (python);
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps principles;
  • Experience with one, preferably multiple cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google);
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proven success in contributing to a teamoriented environment; Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or French is considered as a big plus.
