- You are responsible for identifying, reviewing and evaluating any compliance risks and reporting these to the Head of Compliance and directors. You adopt a proactive and solution-oriented approach moving forward.
- You are in charge of implementing and following up procedures and reviewing them regularly which is why you have excellent knowledge of the Luxembourgish and European framework ( MIFID, Aml/Kyc...).
- Your client portfolio will be primarily composed of Holdings and investment funds, and you will make sure to coordinate with the other teams of the PFS so everyone is aware of the evolution of the client. Profile and Career Path | Senior Compliance Officer – Compliance – PFS - Legal
- Having strong communication skills in English is mandatory for this position. Any other language (especially French) will be considered a plus.
- 4 years of experience or more as a Compliance Officer in a similar environment (PFS, Big Four, Fiduciary) in Luxembourg is asked in order for you to be fully autonomous in your function.
- You have strong analytical skills and have a proactive way of working, allowing you to be reactive and to take appropriate measures when needed. This will of course happen in close collaboration with the Head of Compliance.
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Law will be a real plus in your application as this shows a real passion for the legal and regulatory framework.
