CSR Europe is currently looking for an intern to join its team in Brussels for a period of six months to support Drive Sustainability project.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

:


  • Project
    administration, including update of internal documents, databases, follow up contract agreements for new members.
  • Project
    finance support
:

follow up with companies for invoicing and payments.
-
Meetings, calls, events logistics

:

manage calendar invitations, drafting minutes, logistics management for events (venue identification, catering, technical requirement etc)

  • Assisting project managers in their project activities e.g. developing concepts, preparing presentations.
-
Research and report writing on a wide range of topics, e.g. human rights, due diligence, responsible sourcing of raw materials, sustainability topics in
automotive and logistics sectors.

Webinar, workshop and training organisation and delivery.

  • Assisting with
    communication activities e.g. contributing to the newsletter, website articles, website updates.
  • Attending
    external meetings and events.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

:


  • You are a
    very organized and
    efficient person,
    attentive to details, happy to work with
    data & excels.
  • You are
    highly motivated and have a
    passion for sustainability topics.
  • You are a
    team player and a fast learner.

_ Professional skills:
_

  • Good language skills
    :fluency in English is essential (other languages desirable).
  • Good IT skills: demonstrable experience with
    MS Office suite esp. strong skills with
    MS Excel and
    PowerPoint required.
  • Good
    research skills
:

ability to find relevant information and summarise the essence.

  • Good analytical skills: ability to
    work with data on benchmarks and company
    assessments.
  • Good
    communication skills (verbal and written): ability to provide both information in a timely, clear and concise manner; and to expresses ideas effectively, adjusting style, tools and mode to the needs of others.

_ Academic Backgound_

  • The applicant must be either a
    recent postgraduate or a student who is required to complete an internship in order to finish their postgraduate studies.
  • The applicant should have an
    academic background in a relevant field (business, economics, sustainability studies). You may explain the link of your studies to sustainability in your cover letter.

The applicant must have the
legal authorisation to work in Belgium.

    1000 €.
