We are hiring a Payroll Specialist for a great Company in Waregem, Belgium

What we need from you:


  • You are responsible for the correct and timely administrative processing of all information relating to the payment of wages (management of illness and leave, entering data in the payroll system, checking the processing by the social secretariat, etc.).
  • Employees and the business can contact you for information and answers to all kinds of questions regarding insurance (group insurance, hospitalization insurance, etc.) and social legislation (invalidity, time credit, maternity leave, etc.)
  • You maintain contacts with employment agencies to exchange information related to specific files and take care of the administrative processing thereof.
  • You are responsible for managing and following up on personnel files.

Who are you:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree and experience in a similar role. Experience with payroll administration of workers is a plus
  • Good knowledge of social legislation and Excel
  • Interested in a parttime position
  • You speak and write
    Dutch and English fluently, knowledge of French and German is an additional asset
  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail
