We are currently seeking an experienced AI Solution Lead to join our team and drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions within the commercial domain of UCB, based in our headquarters in Anderlecht, Belgium.

About the role:

Who you'll work with:

You will be part of IT Artificial Intelligence, a diverse group of AI engineers, AI Developers and AI Solution Leads.

Within the global IT organization, the AI group is playing a crucial role in enabling UCB to leverage artificial intelligence to take better decisions, operate more efficiently and create value for patients.

What you'll do:

As the Artificial Intelligence Solution Lead, you will:

Lead workshops with different teams across the company to help them translate their business challenges into data and AI opportunities.
Bring ideas to the next level by exploring, evaluating and prioritizing AI opportunities based on user needs, behaviors and emotions, business context, technical feasibility and other characteristics.
Design and lead the development of endtoend AI solutions with robust data backbones integrated within the existing technology landscape.

Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Master level degree in science, economics or engineering
You have 3+ years' experience enabling commercial teams with digital and datadriven solutions. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
You have experience working directly with nontechnical stakeholders in the commercial area
Strong programming experience using Python to develop data science workflows
Love to craft elegantly simple solutions to complex problems, an iterative and testdriven mindset
Passionate about digital technologies in general and AI in particular
A fastpaced, changing environment doesn't scare you. On the contrary, you easily adapt and find creative new opportunities thanks to your cando attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fluent command of English
