All you need is
:

3 years of professional experience in C# development.
2 years of professional experience in Java development.
Understanding of processes, threads, relational databases, network protocols, etc.
Experience with relational databases, Windows, and Linux.
Performancetuning experience.
Participation in opensource projects.
Education and Experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
