HR Reporting Analyst

The Belgian HR team is a dynamic team in full transformation.

The HR Analyst will play a pivotal role in this team working closely with the C&B Manager and HR Director Belgium.

The role contains a broad scope of managing HR data and accuracy, providing HR dashboards and data analysis in order to provide solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring the needs in terms of HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS), as well as the consistency and reliability of the related information
Preparation of HR data reports to senior leadership, with a solution driven approach
Analysis of best practices in terms of HR Analytics, while ensuring right recommendations and followup to management
Recognize and suggest shortterm and longterm goals, together with key performance metrics and related benchmarks.
