About the job


As AGRI Manager Benelex you are responsible for the sustainable and profitable growth of agricultural tires in the replacement market of the Benelux, one of the most important markets in the EMEA region.


You lead your sales team whose main mission is to consolidate existing relationships with our current customers, capitalize on new business opportunities and upgrade our go-to-market strategies.

Entrepreneurial spirit combined with leadership skills, a data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen are key to success in this visible role with a huge impact on the business and financial performance of the entire EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to generate new customers as well as improve the customer satisfaction of existing relationships, with the aim of increasing sales and optimizing profits
  • Managing prices, quotes, and other sales proposal activities
  • Designing and implementing new gotomarket strategies to drive business growth within assigned portfolio and territory
  • Analyzing the latest performance results versus assigned targets and implementing necessary commercial actions in response
  • Evaluate product performance by extracting customer feedback and debriefing insights with Product Management

  • Previous experience in the tire business in a similar role with customers in an international environment
  • Availability to travel and meet with clients for at least 80% of working hours
  • Dutch, French and English are essential, both orally and in writing
