We are offering an HR Business Partner role within our HR team reporting to the HR Director Belgium/Luxembourg, to take over full HR responsibility for the current site of Tessenderlo and support the Director Contract Logistics in a number of HR projects over different sites.
-Your Role :The HR Business Partner closely supports the management, the team managers, and the employees to deliver HR services in a proactive and solution-oriented manner through close monitoring, management, and innovation of general HR processes and communication, in alignment with the business strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Drive the recruitment process for the assigned departments from identification of staffing needs to onboarding of new hires. Drive followup meeting with new recruited employees.
- Training and
Talent Development:
Identify training needs for assigned departments and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Support leaders in personal development of leadership and people management. Drive the talent review process for the assigned departments including development and succession planning.
- Performance Management: Drive the Performance Management process within assigned departments and address performance related issues.
- Compensation: Manage compensation for assigned sites including salary review, annual bonus and incentive programs in close cooperation with department heads.
- Labor Relations: Manage social relations and support delivery of work council topics.
- Employee Relations: Support conflict management processes when employeetoemployee or managertoemployee conflict arises. Guide and mentor management on disciplinary and termination processes. #LI-AM2
Your Skills and Experiences:
- University degree and relevant professional experience in Labor Law/ Human Resources,
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role and within a bluecollar organization,
- Strong experience in at least two of the following fields: recruitment and labor relations, employee relations,
- Solid knowledge of Belgian labor law and experience with union negotiations,
- Very good communication, influencing and problem solving skills, high customer orientation and openmindedness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, inclusive knowledge of MS Office,
- Language skills: Fluency in Dutch is required
- English & French are an advantage.
