The Management Liaison acts as a bridge between management and organisation and is the go-to person for the day to day management of the department.
She has an excellent knowledge of internal procedures and policies. As an expert, the Management Liaison proactively informs and advises the internal and external stakeholders. She also develops and maintain internal and external relationships and coordinates and organizes (inter) departmental meetings and team meetings.Place in the organization
The Management Liaison works within the BeLux hub and will support the Government Affairs & Policy department and the HEMAR department.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Act as one single point of contact (SPOC) with dedicated support for members of the management board.
- Guarantee business continuity by an interdepartmental network and backup system.
- Maintain knowledge of applicable internal processes, procedures and systems (SME).
- Inform and advise internal stakeholders on applicable internal procedures and policies.
- Focus on compliance and transparency.
- Focus on uniformity in processing, digitalization and impactful communication.
- Strive for a consistent Benelux approach.
- Flawless end to end coordination and execution for (inter) departmental meetings and team meetings.
- Look for opportunities to increase efficiency in order to create cost/time savings.
- Support chairman of the works council.
- Handle industry platform
- Manage weekly screening reporting of external environment.

Skills and capabilities
- Business management skills: be organized / plan & prioritize / be open to ideas / address conflicts quickly
- Excellent knowledge of internal procedures and policies.
- Confident in impactful communication in order to inform, advise, coordinate and evaluate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
