(Marketing Communications) Project Manager

Responsibilities:


  • You manage projects and work out the assignments of existing customers on an independent basis.
  • You work out projects from A to Z: from drawing up the quotation, through internal and external production supervision to invoicing.
  • You continue to optimize customer relationships.
  • You report to the team manager
  • You are an analytical mind who can bring structure to technical data and information.
  • You think along as part of the multidisciplinary team in developing creative solutions to translate the outlined strategies.
  • You coordinate the internal production process of various online and offline marketing communication projects.
Profile

  • You have more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of graphic and digital processes is a must.
  • You have affinity with online and offline communication.
  • You easily make contacts and have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are interested in new technologies.
  • You have the superpower to create order and structure out of chaos
  • You are flexible and resolute enough to adjust timelines and processes
  • You speak Dutch, French and English.
  • You are a team player.
  • You always write the words "CUSTOMER" and "DEADLINE" in capitals.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Antwerp: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
