    Onze klant maakt al decennialang stalen dak- en gevelsystemen. Functieomschrijving
    • Verwerken van orders in SAP voor de volgende segmentaties en afdelingen vb Sales stock.
    • Aanmaken van orders op basis van klantaanvragen en bedrijfsvereisten.
    • Invoeren van klantgegevens, product- of service-informatie, aantallen, data en andere relevante gegevens. Gebruik van de Purlin APP binnen de Fiori omgeving voor Sales Purlin Orders.
    • Snelle opvolging van klachten van klanten, zoals defecte producten, kwaliteitsproblemen, beschadigde goederen of verkeerd geleverde items.
    • Initiëren van nieuwe orders voor urgente vervangingen met prioriteit in de productie en leveringsketen.
    • Effectieve communicatie met interne afdelingen en klanten over de voortgang van vervangingsorders.
    • Zorgvuldige documentatie van klachten en acties voor rapportage en verbetering.
    Profiel
    • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
    • Basiskennis Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen.
    • IT-vaardigheden, waaronder kennis van SAP s/4HANA & Fiori is een pluspunt maar geen must.
    • Bekendheid met Microsoft Office, met geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden.
    • Ervaring met Visio, SharePoint en OneDrive is mooi meegenomen.
