Medior/Senior IT Support - Nívelles - Your Responsibilities

Provide support.

Give training to the junior.

Build all PCs and redistribute hardware.

Resolve permanently recuring incident proactively.

Assist the IT Projects

Assist with installations and migrations.

Bug fixing and troubleshooting.

Keep technical documentation up to date.

Medior/Senior IT Support - Nívelles - Your profile

Over 4 years of experience in Support or team lead position

Customer-oriented

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in French and English
