You will make an impact in the following way:
- You are responsible for the on-time realization of the tender/project within time, scope and budget, coordinate all activities with the internal stakeholders and with the customers and closely interact with the sales and project manager(s) in the regions
- With your technical skills you are able to evaluate network requirements and designs as received from the customer and are able to translate these into a perfect fit solution.
- Take the lead to answer RFIs (Request for Information) and RFQs (Request for Quotation) as received from endcustomers/partners for which you are appointed as Customer Solutions Manager/Project Manager.
- Present and defend, together with the sales manager, solutions to convince endUsers, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders in the project.
- Coordinate all technical and service requirements during project execution.
What you will bring:
Education - You have a bachelor's degree preferably in telecom/IT engineering with an experience of 5 years in technical, customer-oriented project management in an international environment
Networking - Detailed working experiences of designing Layer 2, industrial networking, MPLS-TP and/or IP/MPLS networks. This should include the knowledge about unicast, multicast, IP addresses/subnets, VLAN and routing protocols like OSPF and PIM, IP planning, telecommunications/IT network and infrastructure design
Customer-facing experience - You have experience in dealing with enterprise class world-wide customers and possess didactical skills to explain difficult items in a clear and understandable way for a broad ranges of listeners (end-customers, R&D)
Personality - Your main qualities are proactivity, assertiveness, effective and clear communication, leadership, enthusiasm, adaptability, diplomacy, empathy
Travel time - For regular short business trips and occasional attendance to customer sites for support purposes, you should be willing to travel for 30-50%
Language proficiency - You are fluent in English and, ideally, Dutch (written and spoken)
