As Continuous Improvement Coordinator you support the kit building, sample handling and logistics operations by initiating, executing and deliver continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities in this role:

Initiate, support and lead continuous improvements within Sample Handling/KitBuiling and Logistics.
Track & maintain oversight of the various continuous improvement projects and goals.
In collaboration with the team & management set priorities between various projects.
Report progress on projects/initiatives.
Responsible to collect relevant data, map processes and work out potential solutions.
Analyze/interpret data and use CI tools as input to formulate scenarios towards resolutions.
Support the team with the implementation of new processes, tools and methods.
Assure adherence to quality, regulatory and safety rules and policies.
Train colleagues in continuous improvement skills (problem solving, root cause analysis tools, etc).
In this role you reports to the Regional Head Kit Building, Sample Handling and Logistics.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level through experience.
You are highly analytical while able to keep oversight on the various initiatives.
You have the ability to build and maintain crossfunctional relationships.
You are interested in operational excellence and you are continuously focused on improvement.
Knowledge in GCP and GCLP is a strong asset.
You communicate in a clear way and you have coaching skills.
You know how to implement sustainable change.
Like to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
You have or you commit to a Lean Six Sigma certification.
You speak and write fluent in Dutch and English.
