Job Summary
We are hiring a Medior Associate specialized in commercial & tech to join our Dispute Resolution practice.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and general terms and conditions (B2B and B2C, software, licensing etc.)
- Advising clients on pre-litigation strategies relating to both contractual and extra-contractual liability; advising clients on IP/IT related matters (ecommerce tech regulations etc.)
