Proclinical are recruiting a Clinical Project Manager for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Belgium. The client is focused on developing, producing and delivering products.

Responsibilities:

You will optimise operational control and efficiency.
To ensure successful study delivery and highquality data, you will guarantee association with study investigators.
Adopt positive community mindsets and volunteer trust through professional manner and current consistent communication.
Instigate and handle all operational study/project actions as well as serve as the main point of contact for the allocated Core Project teams.
Uphold consistent discussions between partner lines, tactical associates, clinical research units, contractors and vendors.
Responsible for translating protocol/project tactics from an idea into an implementable study/project.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a biomedical field on similar education/training.
At least 5 years of experience within clinical research and drugs development with clinical operations in a pertinent organisation.
Ideally familiar with early drug development in phases I IIA.
Acquaintance with clinical operations and pharmaceutical organisations to comprehend the procedures affiliated with implementing clinical development plans and acknowledging linked regulatory problems.
Past involvement in a project management and leadership role of matrix teams.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in ideally either French or Dutch.
Familiarity with drug development as well as initiating and executing changes.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
An organised individual.
