Are you someone who can excite clients and help our organization grow? But also with an affinity for the world of design & innovation?

An Internship at Made will give you hands-on experience at working in the high-paced, creatively stimulating working environment of an award-winning product, digital and strategic design team.

You will have the opportunity to play a significant role in supporting all business development-related activities of our agency.

Together with the experienced client team you will attend client meetings, help to build winning proposals, organize events and support the overall enhancement of all business development-related activities.

In addition to working closely with the client team, you will have the opportunity to participate in team days, field trips, and after-work drinks.

We are looking for someone who:

Is enrolled in a study program, preferably in business administration, innovation, management or design
Is able to work full time for the period determined together, minimum 2 months
Has excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Plans well; time management and organizational skills
Is positive, proactive, and able to exercise considerable judgment and common sense
Is a creative problemsolver
Can get customers excited by lifting a tipoff the veil about how much value will be created when they decide to work with Made.
Wants to get to know the Made propositions, approach, and methodologies by heart and you can easily map out the ideal project with clients.
Wants to work closely with the client team in order to come up with new services and revenue models and to include these in our offers.
Supports organizing customer events to strengthen ties with existing customers and to introduce new customers to Made.
Inspires customers and stakeholders by presenting our propositions and cases in a convincing and energetic way. You feel at ease when you present to groups and you easily connect with other people.
