Veld 2:

Our client's analytical reporting needs to be enriched with a number of allocation keys allowing to attribute the results to a more detailed products, brands and segments level.

Within IFRS17, calculations and entries are made at a high product level.
In order to prepare the analytical reporting of Belfius a further breakdown is needed.

The assignment consists of:

Further structuring the elaborated methodology. The allocation keys combine local gaap data such as reserves and claims with IFRS results.
Coordinate with the business on the data sources to be used.
Preparation of allocation keys via SAS
Load the keys into the SASFM reporting environment and test the results
Once stable design a robust closing process (development with IT support)

Initially a prototyping will be worked out.

The subsequent IT-solution must be future proof so that later on further allocation to a more detailed level would be possible.

The allocation keys include both Life and Non-Life.

The position involves wide collaboration with the data team, Accounting, the actuarial teams and Performance mgt and thus requires good personal skills.
