The Deliver EMEA organization at the La Louvière Distribution Center is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team

As a member of the site management team, reporting to the site manager, you team up and collaborate with all actors on the site (3PL, peers, QA, Engineering,) to ensure warehouse operations and processes are effectively managed and continuously improved to align with the growing customer-, compliance
- and business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Followup the daytoday operational activities that are driven by the 3PL service provider, acting as the Janssen responsible on the shop floor. This includes the physical activities as well as the documentation/admin/shipping activities to continuously improve the site efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify operational performance issues and lead their swift resolution in close collaboration with the 3PL site Manager.
  • Follow up on a monthly basis, the financials (CPO, ad hoc,) of our 3PL service provider and report out to the site Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure rate card compliance e.g. dashboards and process flow tools.
  • Transform dataanalysis into actionable insights with tangible outcomes. Predict trends facilitating the process of longterm planning to prevent issues and increase organizational performance.

Qualifications:


Education:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A background in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is helpful.

Experience and Skills:


Required:


  • Comfortable working with and communicating data to provide insights into business performance to different levels in the organization.
  • Experience in data analytics, visualization (e.g., Power BI) & reporting.
  • Financial & business insight with experience in analyzing large structured/unstructured datasets.
  • Must become comfortable with changing priorities, possess good communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Preferred:


  • Excellent organizational, time management and project planning skills; should be able to multitask, problem solve, prioritize, and be confident working to timebound targets.
  • A strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
  • LEAN / Six Sigma, etc. A grasp of transportation/distribution operations may be beneficial.
  • Proven track record to initiate and lead projects and grow within a role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Other:


  • Recognize costoptimization opportunities through multifunctional projects within the organization.
  • Lead optimization initiatives using PM methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, FPX, etc., to drive reliability and or cost efficiencies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decisionmaking in the organization.
  • Collaborating/coordinating with our service provider (CEVA) to ensure the contractual metrics (D2D, weekly, monthly) are met. Managing the related cost aspects (CPO, CIP, ad hoc,) of the contact and ensuring deviations/additions are documented, challenged, commercially aligned, and formalized.
