Your mission


Our
Aftermarket team, composed of about 30 employees, located on the Braine-l'Alleud site, is currently looking for a
Key Account Coordinator to strengthen this team.


What will you work on?

  • Regularly provide reporting on the level of sales, margins, market trends and customer contacts
  • Lead and/or support on market benchmark
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Provide aftersales service to our customers and Key Account Manager support: Support RFQ follow up, Generate credit note/invoice request, Follow up warranty cases, Support Accounting Team with payment tracking, Support Marketing Teams on their promotional actions, Follow up all customer's daily enquiries, etc
  • Act as a coordinator between the Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing Team, Product Team and Sales Teams

Profile:


MUST HAVE

  • Sales/Business orientation bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in a industrial environment
  • Customer orientation
  • Very good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the automotive sector
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
  • Any other additional languages
