We are looking for a Senior Purchase Assistant for Toyota in Zaventem.
Fixed contract after a period of weekly contracts

The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge.

Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products.

As an administrator you bring administrative support to the Buyers in the frame of commercial relationships between Toyota and the suppliers located all over Europe.

Responsibilities:

• You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the buyers with all administrative activities.
• You provide administrative support to the buyers.
• You practically implement purchasing decisions (e.g. sourcing, pricing) through Toyota systems in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with purchasing procedures.
• You provide information to suppliers and collect data from suppliers in due time (e.g. prices, survey replies etc.)
• You gather survey replies from our suppliers & visualize the status.
• You communicate with responsible members (internal / external) to remind pending actions.
• You organise meetings and travels.
• The department you will work for is Body Purchasing

Profiel

- Bachelor's degree.

• Several years experience in administration and management support.
• Highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability.
• A very good knowledge of Excel is required (advanced formulas, pivot table...) and familiarity with systems/applications in general.
• Communication skills, contact with suppliers, dynamism.
• Business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset.
• Rigorous and selfdisciplined.
• A valid work permit (nonstudent).
