    Visit Assistant

    The European Commission Visitors' Centre in Brussels welcomes groups from across Europe and throughout the world. This hands-on role focuses on guiding groups during visits, engaging with visitors to ensure a positive experience, while handling administrative and operational tasks.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Contact speakers to confirm attendance and collect presentations.
    • Prepare rooms and equipment, manage logistical setup, report any malfunctions or cleanliness issues.
    • Validate participant lists, ensure access badges are prepared by security service.
    • Welcome speakers and escort them to the meeting room.
