Donkey Republic is looking for a local Belgium
Account Manager with native-level
Flemish proficiency.

The Position


As Account Manager, you will be responsible for our long term relationship with our public and private business partners in Belgium, handling a portfolio of +50 stakeholders.


You will also be responsible for maintaining the day to day tasks and be involved in the entire lifecycle of our business partners: from onboarding, launching new operations and renewing contracts, to advising partners on how to grow, representing Donkey Republic at local events and closing operations.


Some of your regular tasks include replying to partners' questions, coordinating requests, creating memberships and coupon codes in the backend, compiling data reports, advising clients on how to grow, working with the Sales team in order to predict and foster upsells and contract renewals, facilitating bike and spare part delivery logistics, having an open ear for our partners' concerns and feedback, consulting and coordinating marketing activities, paying partner regular visits and representing Donkey Republic at local events.


The Team


You will be based in Belgium but you will be part of the Account Management team based in Copenhagen and remotely participate in weekly check-ins, team-led projects and processes.


You will work closely with the Belgium Country Operations Manager and the Business Development team in order to create local upsell opportunities, work on tender projects and make sure that a sustainable bike operation grows and flourishes in Belgium.


You will also collaborate with the Marketing team in order to promote local marketing actions, ensure that documents are well translated in Flemish, coordinate and attend local marketing events.


What you need to succeed:

- and fluency in English. Professional French is a plus, but not required.
- solid experience in Account Management.
- great project coordination skills.
- excellent communication skills
