- Travailler en collaboration avec le Responsable R&D afin de répondre aux demandes du service commercial et satisfaire les clients divers
- Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des produits en prenant en compte la faisabilité industrielle, les impacts budgétaires, les normes de qualité et la réglementation en matière de sécurité alimentaire
- Organiser et participer aux réunions de pilotage pour suivre l'avancement des projets en accord avec les procédures du site
- Être responsable de la planification, de l'organisation et du suivi de la fabrication des échantillons de la cuisine R&D
- Coordonner la planification des essais R&D en collaboration avec les différents services internes et suivre les étapes de réalisation en respectant les procédures du site
- Mettre à jour le programme de suivi de développement PLM
- Assurer la gestion documentaire liée au service en collaboration avec le service qualité pour répondre aux exigences de certification (BRC/IFS)
- Expérience pertinente en recherche et développement
- Expérience dans le secteur agroalimentaire ou domaine similaire
- Expérience managériale serait un atout
- Maîtrise du français requise
