    As a Content & Social Media Officer, you are the creative mind behind our digital channels. You craft compelling social media posts, inspiring videos, and interactive stories. You know better than anyone how to attract and engage target audiences, all while respecting our brand strategies and legal framework.

    Your key responsabilities :

    • Identify appropriate social media platforms to reach our target audiences and maximize the visibility of our various brands (Sports, Casino, Corporate).
    • Create compelling and viral content that boosts brand awareness, increases audience reach, and fosters community growth.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and subscriber growth to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends and enhance our own social media initiatives.
    • Coordinate communication activities with influential teams to ensure alignment with our brand values.

    You're joining a small team of 4 individuals within a department of about 20 colleagues.

    Your manager, Diane, is the Chief Brand & Communication Officer. She promotes full autonomy, encourages discussions to shape ideas, and enthusiastically welcomes new proposals to collaboratively build an innovative vision.

    Who are you

    More than a diploma, it's a personality we are looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in Digitalmarketing, communication , or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
    • In-Depth Knowledge of Social Media.
    • Competent use of analytical tools to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Experience using software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and editing tools to create impactful content.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the digital and social media field.
    • Affection for the sports world and the ability to integrate this passion into campaigns.
    • Advanced proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch.
    • Excellent writing skills to create engaging content.
    • Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to constant changes and evolutions.
    • Propose innovative ideas to enhance performance.
    • Ability to take initiatives and anticipate needs.

    What we offer

    • An open-ended full-time contract (39 hours/week) with 29 days of leave
