At The Bicester Collection, we want our guests to have the best shopping experience in the world.

As a true Village Ambassador for the VIP Guest Journey, you will be responsible for making their lives better by giving them an exceptional service and experience whilst visiting The Apartment and Maasmechelen Village

You will be based at Maasmechelen Village, mainly working in The Apartment, our dedicated VIP space.

What are your main responsibilities:

Give our guests a warm welcome at The Apartment and you create moments of delight
You build relationships with our VIP guests at the Apartment, so we can anticipate on their wishes
You are interested in learning to know them by name, their favourite drinks, snacks and habits
You offer and arrange if needed our guest services such as Reserved Parking, Hands Free Shopping, home delivery
You plan boutique or restaurant appointments based on guest needs
You advise our guests on the advantages of our Maasmechelen Village membership program
You make recommendations for invillage boutiques, hotels, restaurants and activities close to the village
You will manage the Food & Beverage stocks of the Apartment and make the orders with the support of your line manager
You inform and react proactively according to guest feedback and remarks
You maintain The Apartment standards and become familiar with daily procedures
Adherence and upholding of The Apartment house rules procedures

Excellent grooming standards
You like to work in a team
Flexibility to work on a shift pattern basis including weekends and bank holidays
Experience of making and serving beverages
Great communication skills both verbal or written
An allinclusive and open mindset
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to be discreet, trustworthy and approachable
A positive, "cando" attitude
Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
Fluently in Dutch, French & English. Any other languages are highly desirable
