Senior Manager Strategy Consultancy in pharma, biotech and medical devices - Antwerp Office
(with 10 years or more experience)
Inovigate is growing fast in Benelux and Switzerland and is looking for top talent to strengthen our team.
We focus on improving our clients' top-line, revenues and growing the profitability of their business. Our
advice spans the whole range of our clients' R&D and commercial activities, examining market positioning,
focus areas, products and services and their business model. We provide buy and sell-side due diligence,
valuation and business growth services ranging from strategic to financial advice to companies and/or
investors. After the deal or transaction, we 'deliver the value' by implementing the deal targets, with our
M&A, post-merger integration, and post-deal service offerings.

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager in our Strategy Consulting team, you'll be dealing with high-profile issues firmly at the
top of the agenda of the CEO and other company stakeholders.

You identify and analyse growth potential (R&D, supply chain, commercial...), possible synergies,

improvement potential and formulate business solutions as well as advise on strategy and future
direction and focus;

Understanding the client's business and their growth potential, you formulate short and medium

term strategic options, listing the potential risks and opportunities. Together with the client, you
formulate the strategy and the strategy implementation plan;

As project manager you are responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard;
You develop new client relationships and business opportunities, resulting in a significant

contribution to the business and you maintain existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis;

You report back to the Managing Director on the assignment on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

You have:

You obtained a master's degree in economics or business engineering or an academic degree in

science, business administration or business economics and you have 10 years' or more relevant
professional experience; in strategy and operations (e.g. R&D, commercial, supply chain)

You have experience as a management consultant preferably in the strategy domain. You know the

pharma, health care market and its latest trends and evolutions.

You can develop a business plan and financial plan and you are familiar with hypothesisdriven case

structuring and problem-solving techniques.

Starting from a thorough analysis, you think out of the box and you like solving new issues in a

practical and creative manner.

You have strong advising skills and you know how to inspire clients;
You have the ability to steer the project team to achieve the project goals
You have clear opinions that you gladly share with others;
You have strong relationship skills to offer to the team and to the customer.
You have outstanding communication skills. You are fluent in either Dutch or French and you have a

professional command of English.
