We are currently looking for a
Project Manager to join the team. The role will report to
Project Manager Leader - Electrolyzers.

Your tasks

As Project Manager you will be responsible to assist with managing project risk, using quality tools to identify areas of risk.
You will focus on HSE in order to minimize project risks.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for multiple projects from inception to completion.
You will facilitate project planning sessions with the internal departments to determine the scope and objectives of each project and work closely with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
You will be responsible of designing a project plan, monitor the project budget, developing the timeline and identifying project milestones.
You will be in close contact with the customers and organize followup meetings.
You identify, track and work with others to resolve any project issues. You monitor and communicate the project status to our project team.
You maintain project notes, databases, and other records.
You monitor measures and communicate with project sponsors and other stakeholders on the status of specific projects and assignments.
You identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks. You will guide and coach team members through various stages of the project and provide developmental feedback to team members.

Your profile

Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Technical education and background is required
Experience in contract review and management is valuable
Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation bussiness and/or OEM (Manufacturing) companies is preferred.
You have previous experience in project management and a technical background.
You have strong coordination skills and know how to set priorities.
You are flexible and open minded for change.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills: adept at developing and delivering multimode communications tailored to different audiences.
Selfmotivated, takes ownership, and capable of starting new processes from scratch.
Experience in working with continuous process improvement.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a mandatory requirement.
Fluent in Dutch is highly preferred.
