Implementation Manager - Payment Projects - Brussels
Up to 75000 euros dependent on experience

Our client provides global payment services to Payment and Fintech companies. They are both an Acquirer and Issuer offering global payment services to businesses and individuals worldwide.

As the business enters an exciting period of growth they are hiring exceptional people and are now looking for a Project Manager with payments experience to join the growing team.

Job Scope
As project manager, you will plan, manage and monitor project delivery.

You will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from the C Suite through to department managers and external clients.

As project manager you will be responsible for managing the successful completion of projects to achieve business goals, including the identification and management of risks and issues which can impact on project delivery.

Day to day you will:

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans
• Review project scope throughout the process, anticipate and resolve potential issues etc
• Ensure all stakeholder needs are identified and managed throughout the project
• Maintain key project documentation
• Maintain risk management perspective
• Maintain project plans
• Communicate project plans and routine updates raising issues/risks to all stakeholders
• Consistently manage project delivery timeline and milestones with all stakeholders
• Create project schedules, dependencies and interrelationships of tasks and deliverables
• Track progress through the life cycle of the project
• Schedule and lead project meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and minutes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Track record in project management in the payments or regulatory space
• Experience in remediation and integration work
• Previous experience in the management of governed/regulated projects is valued
• Fluent oral and written skills in English and French are essential. (Oral and written skills Dutch are desirable)
