Do customers come first for you? Do you enjoy making phone calls, being sociable? Then be sure to read on.

We are looking for new colleagues for our office in Aalst. What will your job mainly entail?

This part of the job will account for 90% of your duties during the first few months.


Telephone prospecting:
- gather information from our clients' prospects
- presenting our customers' services and products
- completing digital follow-up documents
- reporting to the person responsible and via an online intranet

In time, the following will also become part of your duties;


Inside sales:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and providing excellent proactive service to our customers and their prospects.
  • Working together to achieve optimum reachability.
  • Responsibility for building customer relationships yourself

Administrative tasks:

  • Preparing order forms and following them up
  • Managing the agenda
  • Sending out info mails
  • Keeping accurate information up to date within our CRM system

Profil:


Must haves:
- you enjoy working in an open office space
- you find a good follow-up of files important too
- perfect command of the Spanish & English language, both spoken and written


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in B2B cold calling
  • Experience in Sales, costumer service
  • Command of several languages (ENG/DUTCH.)
