    Job description

    Jet Engine Mechanics wanted for Brussels Airport, a prominent player in the design, development, and manufacture of aircraft engines at Zaventem.

    Do you have a strong interest in engines and feel captivated by the field of aviation? Does the idea of fully understanding an airplane engine excite you?

    To bolster their maintenance team, we are seeking Jet Engine Mechanics.

    • You are tasked with (dis)assembling engines undergoing servicing.
    • You receive engines in the workshop and identify any issues.
    • You disassemble and reassemble engines based on the production schedule while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
    • You assist in engine balancing.
    • You contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the production process.
    • You maintain work-related documentation for traceability purposes.
    • You recognize any deficiencies in maintenance instructions and suggest enhancements.

    Profile

    • You hold a high school diploma (in electromechanics, mechanics, car mechanics, mechanical design techniques, etc.) or compensate with relevant technical work experience.
    • You possess a genuine passion for engines.
    • You have a proficient command of the English language.
    • You are open to working in 2 shifts (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm).

    Offer

    You will operate in a two-shift system (6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm).

    An immediate permanent contract will be provided upon hiring.
