In order to support the growth of SMT Africa, we are currently looking for a HR Payroll Assistant to join our Team.

Function:

As a member of the Human Resources department, you are in charge of administrative support for the various aspects of Payroll. You assist the C&B Manager as well as the HR BP._
You assist the C&B Manager in the monthly payroll process;
You collect, encode and classify data and documents relating to personnel administration (such as recruitments, dismissals, leave, etc.);
You prepare reports to allow monitoring of KPIs and HR initiatives;
You process requests from employees and you regularly update their files based on the evolution of their personal and professional situation;
You ensure the administrative followup of insurance, extralegal benefits and expense reports;
You follow up on invoices related to employee files;
You actively participate in improving processes related to payroll and personnel administration.

Profile:

You are in possession of an HRoriented diploma or the equivalent by experience;
You have at least 3 years of experience as an HR assistant;
You have a strong interest in Payroll and internal procedures;
You are fluent in French with a solid knowledge of English;
You have a basic knowledge of social legislation;
You are rigorous, reliable and discreet in the management of files;
You have a perfect command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel;
Any knowledge of Eblox (SDWorx), Protime and/or Workday is an asset.
The Trucks Brand Coordinator is in charge of the Truck range products in support of our subsidiaries in Africa. At the same time, he plays a competitive intelligence role in order to better understand and anticipate the needs of our customers and prospects on the market.
