We are looking, for one of our clients in Brussel, for a FINANCE MANAGER.

SALARY:
EUR / month.

Description du profil:


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Overseeing the daytoday financial operations of the Brussels and
Amsterdam office

  • Managing the entire cycle of purchase, revenue, salary, and general
ledger, including journal postings

  • Conducting multicurrency reconciliations.
  • Ensuring the monthly reconciliation of the trial balance for the
Brussels and Amsterdam bases.

  • Supervising local finance processes, procedures, internal controls,
and compliance.

  • Reconciling VAT accounts and submitting returns to local
authorities.

  • Collaborating with the Group Accountant to reconcile operating
costs.

  • Handling invoicing, debt management, and cash planning
responsibilities.

  • Providing financial analysis and reports to advise the manager on
operations policy and decisions.

  • Implementing detailed and accurate reconciliation for the revenue
cycle on a weekly basis.

  • Assisting the Head of Finance in ad hoc projects and analysis work.
  • Coordinating with Finance Managers from other bases on
inter-company financial matters.


WHAT WOULD WORK

  • You have a relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • You are a real team player.
  • You can meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • You are at ease in an international context.
  • You speak fluently French, English and Dutch.
  • You are used to work with an ERP, they will implement JDE in
January 2024.
