Junior Key Account Manager Retail
Based in Brussels, under the responsibility of the Sales Director Retail and in close relationship with the Retail team and other departments as Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service & Marketing; the role of the Junior Key Account Manager is about:
Playing a key role in the Retail team:
- Managing & coordinating projects
- Helping on administrative tasks
- Developing the channel
- Supporting the team on activations
- Preparing customers' meetings
- Analyzing business performance
The Sales Director will coach the Junior Key Account Manager giving him/her the opportunity to discover & learn more about the sales branch, the retail channel and the key accounting.
- Customers: Carrefour, Delhaize, Provera & Intermarché
- Tasks: administrative missions, meeting presentations, performance analysis & reportings, activations, invoices & budget management
Manage the e-Retail channel:
- Customers: eGrocers, eSpecialists, Pure Players, Quick Commerce Players
- Tasks: map, monitor, correct & adapt, ensure the plan, activate
Supporting the team:
- Customers: Cavists & Supermarkets
- Tasks: On specific momentum, projects, activations
- On the field
- Objectives followup
Experience & Qualifications
Education
- Master's Degree
- Fluent in French, Dutch & English
- First experience in Sales/Retail/FMCG is a plus
- Interest in Sales
- Curious and proactive
- Ability to work within a multicultural team
- Sensitivity to luxury brands
- Autonomous teamplayer
- Good presentation
