Are you a recent university graduate with a passion for social innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact on employment in Europe? The Degroof Petercam Foundation is seeking a talented and versatile Junior Program Manager to join our dynamic team and help manage our flagship program, the DPF Award.

As we expand our geographical focus to the entire European continent, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our efforts to support social innovation and employment across Europe.

Your Position:

The Junior Program Manager role at the Degroof Petercam Foundation involves:

  • Assisting the senior program manager with the operational management of DPF's main program, the DPF Award:
  • Following the selection process, which is partly online and partly on the field
  • Ensuring the correct use of digital tools and communication flows
  • Activating stakeholders, such as experts and partners
  • Preparing materials, field visit reports, and organizing the jury
  • Being in contact with laureates and helping to activate the community
  • Contributing to the foundation's external outreach, such as:
  • Writing articles
  • Creating website and social media content
  • Contributing to the annual report, publications, and presentations
  • Supporting the team's efforts to acquire and share knowledge by:
  • Occasionally doing specific research
  • Managing data and watching for learning opportunities
  • Sharing knowledge during trainings, communities of practice, and with laureates
  • Being a proactive selflearner and rapidly developing a good understanding of employment topics
  • Working closely with the managing director to contribute to the strategic planning of the foundation, such as:
  • Contributing to its development
  • Working on opportunities to support social innovation for employment in Belgium
  • Contributing with their ideas to the evolution of the foundation


Actively contributing to the team's life by proposing initiatives to improve work and having a critical eye to make the contribution to the foundation's mission efficient and relevant.


Your Profile:


  • Profile:
  • A universitylevel master's degree
  • Full professional proficiency in English, and fluency in French and/or Dutch
  • Proficiency in an extra EU language is a differentiator
  • Versatility, flexibility, and comfort in an everevolving environment
  • An open mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and eagerness to learn
  • Good networking skills
