We are looking for a Regional Business Development & Sales Manager for the BeNeLux & Nordic countries, based in the BeNelux, as soon as possible.


Business Development Manager / BeNeLux and Nordics (M/F/d)
Fulltime,
working from home, based anywhere in the BeNeLux-Region


What you'll be doing:


  • Sales and Business Development of our air cargo cool container, the Opticooler, in your region.
  • Identify potential clients, in particular manufacturer of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals who export and distribute their goods globally by air.
  • Initiate and enforce the qualification and validation of the Opticooler at pharmaceutical companies.
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders along the pharmaceutical global air cargo cool chain: shipper, forwarder, airlines to gain market intelligence and develop and increase Opticooler rentals.
  • Meet existing and potential customer partners on a scheduled/systematic basis promoting and selling DoKaSch product offerings while developing business cases for new products, services, and revenue streams. Engage in quarterly business reviews (QBR) with customers.
  • Promote the Opticooler in your region as extremely reliable and cost
- effective packaging solution for the global cool chain in Airfreight.

  • Actively participate at trade fairs and industry conferences
  • Strongly cooperate with your international sales colleagues for an efficient container flow around the globe.
  • Knowledge and ability to not only work strategically with senior executives, but also tactically, to transform strategies into long term business.
  • You report to the Chief Commercial Officer, based in Amsterdam.

What you need:


  • Bachelor
- or Master's Degree.

  • Eager to acquire and to generate business.
  • Some years professional experience in sales and business development, preferred in the international logistic or air cargo industry or pharma cool chain.
  • Ideally experience with packaging solutions for the pharma cool chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentations and conversation skills.
  • Enjoy building and maintaining relationships and to fix deals.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Very independent way of working.
  • Language skills: Excellent Dutch (C2), very good English (C1) due to the international focus.
