ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting time for our company We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.

As a Communication & Social Media Coordinator, you will be part of a team of 3, reporting into the Marketing & Communication Manager.

You work from our headquarters in Steenokkerzeel and collaborate with colleagues across the different countries, we operate in.

You are responsible for internal communication within the group as well as external communication promoting TCR's services to existing and potential customers via our website, social media, advertisements, and external and internal events.

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated, multilingual, flexible, and open-minded colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts.

Next to this, you are a talented writer & communicator, have a passion for graphical design, and are well-organized, with an eye for detail.

WHERE YOU'LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT
Supports the Marketing and Communication Manager in executing all internal & external communication:

Creation and coordination of copy & translations of internal and external communication, whereby you regularly dip into your pen yourself.
Communication projects, such as optimising current communication (newsletters, mailings, invitations for events/webinars, brochures), writing press releases, improving our website and maintain the online quality of content, codetermining and executing ad hoc campaigns,...
Gain and maintain a keen insight into our target audience, allowing you to gear your tone of voice perfectly.
Evaluate communications to constantly strive for improvement.

Drive our digital marketing & presence on social media:

Creation of content planning for our social media channels, in line with the business needs and in close cooperation with the rest of the team
You know better than anyone else which channels to deploy to achieve the set objectives
Coordination and/or creation of videocontent, visuals,
Together with the HR team, you engage in online & offline Employer Branding & Ambassadorship to make TCR an employer of choice

Creation of marketing tools:

You support your clear texts with expressive visual material:
you design great visuals (Photoshop/Indesign/Canva) for trade fairs, advertisements, campaigns, etc. you create and edit video content

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
You have a good understanding of social media platforms, channels (on

- and offline), advertising and content, and analytics

You have good knowledge of social media dashboards e.g. Storychief, Mailchimp,
You are a storyteller at heart: you connect people with your words, actions and creative input.
You understand the essence of marketing and how to turn it into effective and impactful communications and visuals
Effective, transparent and crossfunctional communication is key
You have an eye for detail & a flexible attitude
You love to think outofthebox and come up with innovative ideas and solutions
You have good MS Office 365 skills
You know how to prepare files for printingYou are a real linguist, with excellent level of English and Dutch (spoken and written). French, or any extra other language is a plus.
