Boggi's Vice Store Manager is responsible for promoting brand loyalty to customers, in order to guarantee the quantitative and qualitative objectives assigned.

He/she represents the Company, and acts as representative of the Store Manager and thus fulfils all the tasks given by the Company.


Responsibilities

Sales

  • Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.
  • Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.
  • Supports the Store Manager in guaranteeing excellent customer service including welcome and treatment, as well as in maintaining the qualitative standards required by our brand.
  • Ensures that the Store windows are always in place and supervises the layout of the Store according to the Company directions and the Store Team Leader and Visual Merchandiser.
  • Personally manages, when Store Manager is not available, all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and aftersales service.
  • Promotes customer loyalty.
  • Supervises warehouse stock and reports to the Store Manager any discrepancies.
  • Optimises warehouse management in order to make the stocking of goods as efficient as possible in terms of sales.
  • Ensures that the network of external relations expands and that relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained.
  • Is constantly uptodate regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition and communicates this information to the Staff.

Management

  • Supports the Store Manager in creating a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.
  • Ensures professional growth and training of the staff and shares the development plans with the Store Manager.
  • When required, supports the Store Manager in defining targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing the results, verifying activities periodically and setting up yearly assessments.
  • When required, and authorizes planning, organizes and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
  • Takes all the necessary measures in order to guarantee the safety of the products and valuable materials in the store.
  • Ensures that internal procedures are followed.
  • Supports the Store Manager in reporting all the relevant information to the Headquarters.
  • Verifies the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse.
  • Supports the Store Manager in managing inventory activities.
  • Ensures high level of focus on store business trends as well as on KPI's, managing a professional standard on client needs.
  • Guarantee the respect on local labour law, regarding safety and security.

Requirements:


  • At least 45 years of Retail experience
  • Good standing
  • Organized and accurate person
  • A dynamic and energetic individual
  • A strong desire to achieve results
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • A passion for the industry and brand
  • Excellent knowledge of the local language
  • Additional languages beneficial
  • Exceptional people motivation and management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
