- **Lead and Mentor**: Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship for optimal performance and professional development.

Develop Tailored Solutions: Implement solutions to optimize processes, enable digitization, and facilitate seamless transitions within client organizations.

What do you bring to the table?:

We're looking for someone who:

Education and Experience: Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications sector.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a track record of delivering exceptional performance and driving results transformation projects within the telecommunications industry.

Leadership Skills: Possesses strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team of consultants.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

Strategic Thinking: Shows the ability to analyze complex problems, develop actionable insights, and implement practical solutions, with a strategic mindset.

Results-Oriented Mindset: Displays a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

Industry Knowledge: Has extensive knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices in the telecommunications sector.

Language Proficiency: Is fluent in either French or Dutch as a native language, with an extended knowledge of the other language, along with strong proficiency in English.
