The vision of the Distribution Development team (QA) is to create quality and business value in every solution for the ELC.

The QA Analyst contributes to this by structurally monitoring, improving and validating the overall product quality of the business solution in an agile team.

The emphasis is on quality-oriented mindset, testing activities, environments, coaching and automation. The QA Analyst provides functional and technological insights into the end-to-end product flow.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a solid member of an agile team, you'll structurally improve and validate the overall product quality with a focus on mindset, test activities, environments, coaching and automation.

You'll provide functional and technical insights into the E2E product flow which results in higher quality.

As a QA Analyst you'll be involved in the entire QA process, from design to development, testing and release into production to guarantee the right quality.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work with various partners within our ELC campus in addition to our European and Global Headquarters and external partners.

As a QA Analyst, you'll work closely with other Analyst's from Specialists to Directors in different departments (e.g. Distribution, Transportation Network Operations and Marketplace Operations).

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience working in a similar role or a keen interest in Quality Assurance policies and procedures
An affinity with technology systems and architecture
Motivation and experience to continuously improve processes
Experience in supply chain with a focus on logistics, which gives you a good knowledge of the endtoend logistics processes is a plus
A passion for analyzing data and using analytical skills to set up, direct and implement process improvements
Powerful storytelling skills in Dutch and English to bring story and context to different layers throughout the

ELC:
able to translate simple and complex matters into understandable and valuable business insights

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, alongside the use of test tools is a plus
