Experienced lawyer Disputes & Investigations

Taylor Wessing is looking for an experienced (senior) lawyer for our Brussels office.

About our Disputes & Investigations team:
If a dispute is submitted to a court of law, procedural law will determine the form of the proceedings.

Thorough and in-depth knowledge of those rules, together with the necessary practical experience and good analytical skills, are then indispensable.

Within our Disputes & Investigations team, complex and international proceedings are conducted and supervised, both in the field of commercial litigation and corporate litigation.

The team also has experience in conducting (international) arbitrations for various institutions (such as CEPANI, NAI and ICC).

The focus of the practice is on litigation in the Technology, Life Sciences and Real Estate sectors, in which Taylor Wessing's clients are particularly active.
