As high-end real estate development contractor and agency in Antwerp we are currently searching for an experienced Site Supervisor. Hous Group is responsible for qualitative urban buildings in Flanders.

The qualitative delivery combined with the achievement of sharp deadlines and transparency throughout the project towards the client, is what makes Hous Group unique.

We have an extensive customer portfolio in apartment, villa and residential construction.

Key responsibilities

Monitoring construction activities on site to meet the quality standards all time
Supervise all construction projects live on site
Ensure safety compliances and promote safe working practices
Work and communicate with production operatives and use resources effectively

Skills, knowledge and experience

You have experience of working in the construction industry for a contractor (essential)
You can work towards deadlines and deliver safe and efficient projects on time
You can communicate in English (languages like Dutch, Ukrainian and Russian are an asset)
You are logical and organized
You are able to lead and motivate a team
