- In this role, you will be working with an enthusiastic team and you will get certain responsibilities from the start.
- As a trainee, you will work in different finance departments, participate in projects, and learn all finance processes, from accounts payable and accounts receivable to financial controlling and treasury.
- Record purchase invoices in accordance with Azelis' accounting guidelines
- Process vendor payments according to group policies
- Perform bank account postings and reconciliations
- Monitor intercompany transactions and loans
- Record journal entries on a timely basis and monthly reconciliations of other balance sheet accounts
- Assist on month and year end closings and assure compliancy with group policies.
- Assist on management reporting and financial controlling
- Participate in projects (RPA, PowerBI, PowerApps) to drive improvements across EMEA departments

- Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Dutch, good understanding of English
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Very good computer and Excel skills (education in data science is a plus)
- Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude
